Murphy Bed

An extra mattress + do-it-yourselfers = MURPHY BED!

 Startting to realize our walls are not straight. Or is it the floor?

Wall frame done! Time to create the mattress support!

Heavy duty brackets and hinges.

A handle at the end will help lift the bed up.

Voilá! A bed that doesn't take space! The perfect guest bed :)

Kitchen Remodel

Disaster zone! 

We had already knocked down the half wall and the ceiling. New framing for recessed lights in place.

Getting rid of the tile countertop and backsplash! Yeah!!!!

The old corner butterfly sink is gone :)

 All the heavy work is done! Now just have to paint.

The most tedious part: painting the cabinets :-/
